Mom's Healthy Green Drink

Ingredients

1 cucumber peeled
1 avocado
1 granny smith apple(cored & sliced)
1 gala apple peeled (cored & sliced)
2 handfuls of spring mix
2 handfuls of spinach
1 Tbs olive oil

Directions

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add a little water as necessary. To thin drink add about a 1/4 cup apple juice. Makes about 28 oz.
Drink 4 to 8 oz. as needed
You will know the next morning if you are drinking to much.
You can freeze in 8oz containers and thaw when needed.
