choc. chip cookies

Ingredients

3/4 cup crisco
1 1/4 CUPS br. sugar
2 Tbsps.milk
1 Tbsps. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 CUPS FLOUR
1 tsp. salt
3/4 Tsp. baking soda
2 cups choc. chips
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

Heat oven to 375

Cream crisco and sugar and vanilla and egg and milk. Add rest of ing. except choc. chips and nuts. Mix. Now add choc. chips and nuts and blend. Use a 2 inch cookie scoop and put on greased cookie pan. Bake for 10 min. Take out pan and drop the pan on counter and let cool before removing the cookies. I bake them less time, and the dropping of the pan on the counter for some reason, gets the air out, then they are chewier and not so cakey. by the time they cool completly, the will have baked enough.
