Toasted Coconut, Toffee, & Choc. Chip Cookies

Worth the calories cookies!

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cube butter, at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp coconut extract
2 egss
2 cups coconut lightly packed
1 1/2 cup toffee bits to taste
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips to taste
(almond slices to taste - opptional)

Directions

1. pre-heat oven 350*, line baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange coconut in single layer on the pan. Bake for 5 - 7 min or lightly toasted, stiring once. let cool.

2.Wisk to together dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. New bowl - Beat brown sugar and butter at medium speed until creamy and smooth, 3 - 4 minutes. Add one egg at a time and beat well. Beat in Vanilla and coconut extract.

4. Slowly add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in Coconut, toffee, chips, and almonds.

5. Bake for 10 - 13 minutes at 350* Cookies will be soft but lighly browned.

6. Heath, or Skor candy bars work well too. (18 fun size Heath bars)
