White Dinner Roll

Ingredients

240g Bread Flour (total 660g)
100g Sugar
2 Tbs yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
151g water
1 c milk
2 eggs
1/4 c oil


Additional flour
420g

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients together.

2. Slowly add water, milk and oil until smooth.

3. Add eggs and additional flour to make a very soft dough. If you are using a dough hook, the dough should clean the sides but still be sticking to the sides about an inch up from the bottom.

4. Rise in greased bowl until doubled about 45 min.

5. Mould out and cover with a dish towel. Let rise until doubled.

6. Bake at 375 for about 15 min.
