NYC Chocolate Chip Cookies

From Cupcake Jemma.

Ingredients

14 TBS cold unsalted butter
135g Sugar
135g Brown Sugar
300g Chocolate Chips
415g Flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs

Directions

1. Combine cold butter and sugar until you create little nuggets texture.

2. Mix in Chocolate chips.

3. Mix in dry ingredients until fine powdery texture. Flour, baking powder, salt.

4. Lightly beat 2 eggs. Add to dough and mix just until it all starts to come together. Will look dry.

5. Make into dough balls. And freeze for a few hours or longer.

6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Preheat baking tray for a 5 minutes. Add frozen dough balls to tray and cook for 12-14 min. Or until they look golden Brown.
