Sourdough Honey Whole Wheat Bread

This is a combination of my favorite whole wheat sandwich bread, and King Arthur recipe....then converted for Sourdough stater use. LOL! Praying it works!

Ingredients

400g Whole Wheat Flour
120g Sourdough Starter
255g Warm Water
40g Oil
40g Honey
40g Molasses
1/4 C. Potato Flakes
2 Tbs Gluten Flour
8 tsp Salt

Directions

Add all ingredients. Mix until combined. Let sit for 20-30 minutes then knead for 5-8min. Let rest on the counter in a greased bowl for at least 6 hrs.

Shape dough into greased bread loaf pan, and let rise until doubles in size. About 1 inch above rim. Bake at 375 for at least 30 min or until temp reaches 180 degrees.
