Cheesy corn dip

Description

My favorite dip--too bad it's not low calorie

Ingredients

8 oz. sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
3 cans Mexicorn or Fiesta corn (generic is canned corn and peppers)
1 can Hot Rotel-drained slightly
3 green onions-chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I also use cheddar/jack mixtures)

Directions

In bowl, mix all items listed above together. Serve with tortilla chips. (Best if chilled over night before serving.)
